Founder + OwnerPatrick Pentalow is the owner and operator of Pentalow Property Services, a Wethersfield-based property transition team built for tight timelines and high standards. Patrick brings a hands-on background in real estate and property upgrades work—so projects don’t stall when a “simple cleanout” turns into safety issues, lighting problems, or repairs that prevent a space from showing well.
From pre-list market-ready sprints to tenant turnovers and complex commercial cleanouts, Patrick’s approach is straightforward: move quickly, remove friction, and leave the property safer and more presentable than you found it. Clients rely on him for clear communication, reliable scheduling, and the kind of practical problem-solving that keeps deals and turnovers on track.

DJ Pentalow is a licensed and insured electrician and co-owner of Pentalow Property Services. He oversees and performs the electrical upgrades, maintenance, and safety work that often determines whether a property is truly ready to list, re-lease, or renovate. From lighting and outlet fixes to troubleshooting and targeted upgrades, DJ brings a safety-first, detail-driven approach to every project—so the work gets done correctly, not just quickly.
As part of the Pentalow Property Services team, DJ helps streamline the entire transition process by keeping electrical needs in-house and on schedule. That means fewer delays, fewer handoffs, and faster progress from cleanout to “ready-to-show,” with the confidence that critical electrical items are handled by a qualified professional.
